We bought our Pergolux pergola and screen which we thought we might erect ourselves. We then decided it would be far easier to have Matthew Heaven's installers to do it. So glad we did. It took only a few days to arrange and Eliot and Trig were so friendly, professional and quick and now we have a great feature in our garden. Thanks to all.

I spoke with Matthew prior to delivery of my 3x4m pergola who provided me with a quote for building my pergola including fixing into my porcelain patio with a heater. Once my delivery arrived, Matthew booked me in promptly for fitting.

The two lads provided an arrival time the night before and arrived on time. They were very polite and they’ve done a great job. They tidied up on completion and were finished in good time.

I already had my 3x4m Pergolux Skydance + 2 side screen installed by someone locally which wasn't a great experience. After a couple of months I bought glass walls for 2 sides and this time I asked Matt to move the 2 screen to the exposed sides and install the new glass walls where the screen were originally placed. Additionally I also asked him to install Pergolux heater which the previous guy didn't do.

Matt sent a couple of his guys to our house when they were up in Scotland for another job and the whole experience was night and day different to the first installer. The guys were polite, friendly and very professional and knew what they were doing exactly. They asked for my input anytime there was more than one option/solution, and the whole process was smooth.
