I spoke with Matthew prior to delivery of my 3x4m pergola who provided me with a quote for building my pergola including fixing into my porcelain patio with a heater. Once my delivery arrived, Matthew booked me in promptly for fitting.

The two lads provided an arrival time the night before and arrived on time. They were very polite and they’ve done a great job. They tidied up on completion and were finished in good time.

I already had my 3x4m Pergolux Skydance + 2 side screen installed by someone locally which wasn't a great experience. After a couple of months I bought glass walls for 2 sides and this time I asked Matt to move the 2 screen to the exposed sides and install the new glass walls where the screen were originally placed. Additionally I also asked him to install Pergolux heater which the previous guy didn't do.

Matt sent a couple of his guys to our house when they were up in Scotland for another job and the whole experience was night and day different to the first installer. The guys were polite, friendly and very professional and knew what they were doing exactly. They asked for my input anytime there was more than one option/solution, and the whole process was smooth. Just want to say from the very start matthew was so helpful and understanding. He immediately fitted us in and when Ross contacted us to say he was Installing our maze Pergola he kept me updated from start to finish. We are super happy and really delighted with the professionalism  of both Ross and Will during the install and were completely fab. Would recommend Matthew and his company for sure.
